Audioboom Tutorial

 Audioboom Tutorial

This year we will be working with the aid of a web site when it comes to homework checking. You are requested to upload your homework weekly any time before our next lesson. During presentation time in class, the assistant will be in charge of checking homework: s/he will not only check, tick and inform me of your regular uploading of homework ("trabajos prácticos") but also selecting randomly a couple of recordings for an overall comment and feedback of your performance. However, I still consider face-to-face encounters as the most effective way to give you feedback, but this new system will no doubt help us expand possibilities. Here is a tutorial of how to use Audioboom.

1. Enter Audioboom webpage: https://audioboom.com/

2. Create a username which will take this shape:  your name.your surname.your course.this year
             for example:     john.smith.1H.15   /   mary.brown.2B.15

NOTE: The maximum length for a username is 20 characters. If your name gets too long  you can eliminate
the year (.15) and/or reduce your name, but make sure I will be able to clearly get who you are .

PLEASE!! I must insist on the fomat with which you should create your username. I have received a lot of followers, with names that do not reveal who you are. I need to know your name, surname and course (I´ve got MANY students and MANY courses!) because both the assistant teacher and me will need to check on your work. We cannot possibly chek on "juanita" or "juanchi" or "florcita de la pradera".

3. Follow our course, which carries my name: monica.terluk.your course.this year
            for example:     monica.terluk.1H.15   /   monica.terluk.2B.15
